All full priced item/s purchased can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery or alternatively, you can exchange your product within 14 days.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item back to us.
Returns/exchanges can only be accepted if items are unworn and unwashed with their original tags and packaging. Returns are subject to inspection and if does not pass our inspection, item/s will be mailed back to you.
Please note that if the requested exchange is out of stock, you will be automatically refunded for the item.
All sale items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
All Gift Card/s purchased cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE PROCESS:
1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us about your return/exchange.
2. Include a copy of your order confirmation email and write any relevant information in regards to the reason for your return or exchange.
2. Place item/s inside a protected postage bag/box and secure it to ensure item/s are not damaged during transit.
3. Ship this with a courier of your choice and keep a copy of your proof of shipment. We recommend using tracked postage to ensure your item arrives in a safe and secure manner.
4. Once received, the returns process can take up to five working days, and you will be notified via email once your return/exchange has been processed.

In the event you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. If you believe you have received a faulty product please provide a clear photo of the defect, and if you have received the incorrect item, then please provide a photo of the incorrect item.
